Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
